Conditions of Hire

1. We require a deposit of £100 when you book your holiday. The balance must be paid 6 weeks before the holiday starts.

2. A sum of £100 must be paid with the deposit to cover any loss or damage. This £100 will be returned if the cleaner finds no problems the day after you leave. Any breakages will be charged for from the £100 and the balance returned to you.

3. Pillows, mattresses and duvets are all provided. You will need to bring all your own towels, sheets, pillow cases and dish cloths.

4. Midweek changeovers are sometimes possible.
